Brief Description: Responsibilities

• Good knowledge of desktop support for both hardware and software.
• Single point of contact for end-users to log incident and service requests via email and hotline.
• Ensuring user queries or issues are captured and validated for further processing.
• Coordinate with different support teams (including vendor coordination) to ensure issue resolved with proper resolution recorded.
• Follow SOP and Policy defined.
• Responsible for Call logging, Call Assignment, Incident Management & Coordination, Call Tracking and follow\xe2\x80\x90up till closure within agreed SLA.
• Implementing best practices to reduce time and increase efficiency.
• Incident ownership, monitoring, tracking and communication with all parties.
• Focus on First Call resolution to ensure early closure of tickets.
• Day to day onsite IT support for hardware and software issues involving end-user desktops/notebooks, client\xe2\x80\x99s network connectivity
• Install applications/software and apply updates/patches to desktops, notebooks and other end-user computing devices
• Preparation of desktop/notebook system image
• User account management (Account creation, deletion, modification and reset password in accordance to Customer\'s process and procedures)
• Perform file backup, migration and restoration for end-users desktops/notebooks

Requirements

• Higher Nitec and above in Information Technology or related field
• Provide IT technical service desk and onsite support for end-user services
• Support desktops, notebooks, printers and other hardware components.
• Minimum 1 year of IT (EUC) relevant experience
• Willing to travel to Jurong Island
