We are looking for a passionate and responsible
Bakery Shop Manager
to lead daily operations and ensure an excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily shop operations, including service quality, staff management, and sales performance
Supervise and train team members to maintain high standards of service and product presentation
Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control
Handle customer feedback and ensure smooth store operations
Work closely with the management team to achieve sales targets and operational goals
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Bakery Shop Manager or in a similar managerial role (F&B industry preferred)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Able to work independently and manage a small team
Good understanding of bakery operations and product knowledge
* Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
