Job Title: Events & Admin Coordinator

Location: Raffles Place

We're looking for an organised, creative, and tech-savvy Events & Admin Coordinator to join our team. You'll handle event logistics, client communication, and admin tasks, while also managing our social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Xiaohongshu).

You will:

Coordinate and support corporate events and workshops. Manage schedules, invoices, and records. Create and post content on social media using Canva. Communicate with clients, vendors, and speakers.
You have:

Strong English communication skills.

Experience with Canva & social media (FB, IG, LinkedIn, XHS).

Good organisational skills and attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,600.00 - $3,300.00 per month

Work Location: In person
