Assist with the planning and organization of events, including venue selection, logistics coordination, and vendor communication.
Coordinate event setup, including arranging furniture, decorations, and signage.
Provide on-site support during events, assisting with guest registration, check-in, and attendee inquiries.
Assist with post-event activities, including data collection, evaluation, and reporting.
Maintain organized files and documentation-related events, including contracts, invoices, and correspondence.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth coordination of event activities.
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
Diploma in Integrated Events & Project Management or equivalent.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to make "common sense" initiatives and make sound judgements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
