Event Assistant
Job Description
We constantly explore and tap on the latest in interactive, social, and out-of-home media to introduce effective marketing ideas and platforms for different audiences. From ideation conceptualisation and design to project management for events, we activate brands and create links to engage customers with brands.
Backed by the Kingsmen group which has more than 40 years of industry knowledge and armed with a wealth of activation experience, Kingsmen Ooh-media has the capabilities to create turnkey activation campaigns to forge rewarding relationships with your consumer
Few part-timer roles required:
1) To assist in managing guest entering and exiting the venue (Check-in & Check-out)
2) To assist in the briefing room for the games booth
3) To assist with stage performances liaison and AV crew
Experienced with carnival/funfair or outdoor events is a plus point.
