Job Description
About the Role:
We're looking for a friendly and reliable team member to handle ticket sales and payments at our venue. You'll be using the FeverZone app or Qashier POS machine to process bookings, issue tickets, and assist guests with a smile.
Responsibilities:
Sell tickets and process payments (cash, card, or e-payments) accurately.
Operate the FeverZone app or POS machine to manage bookings and check-ins.
Handle cash float, reconcile daily sales, and follow cash handling procedures.
Assist guests with enquiries and provide excellent customer service.
Keep the counter area neat and organized.
Requirements:
oFriendly and confident in customer-facing roles.
Basic computer or POS system skills (training provided). Responsible and accurate in handling money. Able to work on weekends and public holidays. Prior experience in cashiering or ticketing is a plus!
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: $2,300.00 - $2,500.00 per month
Work Location: In person
