Key Responsibilities:
Event planning and coordination
:
Assisting in scheduling and planning for upcoming events, keeping track of event progress.
Coordinating events, oversees on-site and off-site work including event assembly and disassembly.
Monitor, report, review performance and progress on event execution.
Coordinate events venue and participants, i.e. clients and vendors, to ensure objectives are met.
Preparations and submission of required paperwork for event with clients and participants.
Client Acquisition
:
Client sourcing and vendor coordination for venue occupancy.
Track payments from clients and vendors, ensure timely collection of payment during event period.
Liaise and collaborate with clients to execute event on time, establish and maintain close contact with potential clients and vendor.
Financial Administration
:
Administration in budget planning, ensure expenses and budget executed within limits.
Track and provide report for budget and expenses required during event.
Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in event management, event marketing, or a related field.
Proficiency in Mandarin, English to accommodate clients' and vendors' needs.
At least 1 year of experience in an event coordinator or management roles.
Excel in organizational skills for event planning and scheduling.
Excel in communication and interpersonal skills for event coordination.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
