Job Description
The Arcade People is the pioneer and one of the largest arcade game providers in Singapore. We have the largest collection of arcade and carnival game machines to cater to different needs. With a strong background in the arcade game entertainment industry, you can count on us to bring the arcade to you!Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients to understand event requirements, objectives, and expectations.
- Assist with event plans, including timelines, budgets, and logistics.
- Coordinate with the various stakeholders to ensure seamless flow
- Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring smooth operations and timely delivery.
- Conduct post-event evaluations and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance future events.
- Support marketing and business pitch initiatives
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Good project management skills.
- Organised and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
