Alangkaar is a leading wedding and events company in Singapore, specializing in full-service event planning, photography, videography, decor, catering, and bridal services. We are expanding our team and seeking passionate and detail-oriented Event Coordinators to ensure our weddings and events run seamlessly.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage wedding events from setup to completion.
Work with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Oversee logistics such as decor setup, sound, lighting, and catering coordination.
Manage guest flow, registration counters, and program timelines.
Troubleshoot on-site challenges and ensure client satisfaction.
Prepare and monitor event checklists and reports.
Requirements
Minimum
2 years of experience
in wedding or event coordination (hospitality/event background preferred).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and long hours during event days.
Positive, professional attitude with a client-first mindset.
