As one of the original , longest-running family play centers in Singapore, AMAZONIA provides hours of interactive fun for children and their parents alike. • Plan, Prepare and execute all internal and/or external Amazonia Singapore events with other key departments
• Planning and overseeing operational set-up, execution, and tear-down of all events
• Selling and servicing Amazonia\'s Party/Events packages to potential Clients.
• Event categories include but not limited to Amazonia initiated events, celebrations, school groups and parties
• Facilitating Parties
• Assist in planning and working closely with supporting departments on manpower requirements
• Assist in Front Counter duties when no events are on-going
• Responsible for book-keeping and administration duties such as compiling and dissemination of Event Orders, collating and preparation of duty name list, purchases and stock checks
• Any other duties as assigned by the General Manager

Requirements

• Well groomed and understand the value of time management
• Proven experience as event coordinator or at prior experience in the events / marketing industry would be advantageous
• Enjoys interacting with Children
• Comfortable hosting parties
• Proficient in MS Office
• Excellent communication skills
• Well-organized with multi-tasking skills
• Able to handle stress and remain calm
• Team Leader & Player
• Problem-solving ability
• Min. Diploma / ITE (Higher NITEC) in Performing Arts, Hospitality, Early Childhood, Marketing, Events Management or relevant disciplines.
• Other qualifications with relevant experience are welcomed to apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate Salary: $2,300.00 - $2,800.00 per month Benefits:
