Job Description

We're an international media company, looking for a smart and tech-savvy coordinator for this fast-paced role organising gala dinners for our Canadian award shows.
The role involves:

• working on virtual and face-to-face awards nights
• liaising with key stakeholders - speakers, sponsors, finalists and management
• event administration and logistics coordination
• working within a global team of dedicated and hardworking staff
• working in the night shift (Mon to Fri, 9pm to 6am)

The successful candidate will have:

• an interest in virtual event platforms and ability to learn new systems quickly
• experience working the night shift
• strong home internet connection
• the ability to coordinate corporate events and work to tight deadlines
• great organizational and interpersonal skills, with excellent planning, technology and project coordination aptitude
• the ability to apply skills on different levels simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• enthusiasm, professionalism and stakeholder management
