Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients and projects.
Understand client requirements and propose suitable event or project solutions.
Plan, coordinate, and support the logistics and execution of events and activations.
Source and manage venues, suppliers, vendors, and manpower (e.g., promoters).
Prepare client proposals, quotations, reports, and post-event summaries.
Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure deliverables are met.
Conduct client meetings, site recces, and support on-site event setup and operations.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive satisfaction and retention.
Identify new business opportunities and assist in achieving sales targets.
Maintain proper project documentation and administrative records.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Events Management, Business, Marketing, or related field.
Prior experience in events, project coordination, or sales/account servicing preferred (internships included).
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented with strong multitasking ability.
Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
