Event Executive (healthcare Industry)

Job Description
- Permanent position, Salary up to $3,500 with AWS + 3 months Bonus
- Healthcare industry located at West Singapore
- Diploma holder with at least 2 years' of event management experience
Responsibilities:
- Assist lead in the planning of workplace health, staff engagement and welfare initiatives and events to support company's focus
- Assist in the execution of events and initiatives according to plan
- Assist in the evaluation of the effectiveness of such events and initiatives
- Take charge of procurement, payment and logistics matters for initiatives rolled out by the team
- Assist in the management of vendors to facilitate success of each event and/or initiative
- Assist in the design and broadcast staff communications for event publicity
- Diploma with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, such as PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. Knowledge of additional software such as Adobe Photoshop will be advantageous.
