We are looking for a freelance event executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the event planning process and be able to work independently and as part of a team. Duties will include:

• Planning and executing events, from start to finish
• Managing budgets and timelines
• Sourcing and booking vendors
• Communicating with clients and vendors
• Tracking and managing event logistics
• Ensuring that events run smoothly and on budget

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in event planning, hospitality, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in event planning
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
