Lead the full lifecycle of Grvt events, from ideation to on-site execution
Plan and deliver online and offline experiences, including trading competitions, token launch events, partner roadshows, and community meetups
Lead the end-to-end event process: ideation, planning, logistics, budget management, vendor coordination, and on-site execution
Manage event calendars and synchronize with marketing and BD teams for cross-channel amplification
Develop event concepts that align with Grvt's brand and user engagement goals
2. Trading Competitions & Campaigns
Design and manage global and regional trading competitions (online & offline), ensuring smooth coordination between product, marketing, and operations
Collaborate with KOLs, influencers, and media partners to promote competitions and livestream content
Handle competition reward structure, rules, and user communication, ensuring transparency and engagement
3. Community & Education Events
Plan and execute offline educational workshops and meetups with partners and communities
Coordinate with the BD and community teams to activate Grvt's presence regionally
Develop repeatable frameworks for local activations and partner-led education programs across key markets
4. Content & Media Coordination
Manage event-related content: YouTube and online event content production, including livestreams, highlight reels, and recap content
Collaborate with KOLs and creators for joint content pieces, AMAs, and live trading sessions
Manage post-event content distribution across social and owned channels
5. Merchandising & Brand Experience
Oversee Grvt merch production and distribution for campaigns, events, and partners
Develop creative ways to integrate merch into online competitions, community programs, and offline experiences
Ensure consistent brand expression across all physical and digital touchpoints
6. Partnership & Vendor Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, venues, production agencies, and local event vendors
Negotiate contracts, oversee budgets, and ensure high-quality delivery of all event assets
Collaborate cross-functionally with BD, Product, and Marketing teams to align messaging and execution
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Experience
5-8 years in event marketing, experiential marketing, or brand activation, ideally in crypto, fintech, gaming, or tech startups
Event Skills
Proven track record in managing large-scale or multi-country events (500+ participants)
Marketing Acumen
Comfortable working with digital marketing and content teams to integrate online and offline touchpoints
Partnership Skills
Experienced in partner co-branding, sponsorships, and community/creator collaborations
Content Understanding
Familiar with YouTube / streaming production, influencer marketing, and post-event content amplification
Technical Familiarity
Comfortable working with trading products, DeFi, or crypto communities (preferred)
Language Skills
English fluency required; Korean fluency preferred for regional coordination with partners and key KOLs
Location
Singapore preferred (hub for Grvt's APAC operations)
