• Supporting the events planner in designing events.
• Upstream preparation: transports, logistics, materials, accommodations\xe2\x80\xa6
• Welcoming participants during the event, on-site or outside of the company.
• Ensure the success of the event: animation, support, information\xe2\x80\xa6
• Follow-up and management of the budget granted.

Scope of Marketing management:

• Collect data from marketing campaigns.
• Perform market analysis and research on competition.
• Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks.
• Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media, direct mail and web).
• Prepare promotional presentations.
• Help distribute marketing materials.
• Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM).

Requirements

• Creative and resourceful
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Good negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Able to multi-task in a challenging environment
• Passion for the marketing industry and its best practices
• Familiarity with marketing computer software and online applications (e.g. CRM tools, Online analytics and Google Ads)
