Job Description


Job Scope:

  • Negotiates contracts for planning components and maintains program level budgets
  • Updates technology tool with appropriate meeting planning data
  • Manages and provides a consultative approach on all pre-planning logistics and coordination for onsite execution
  • Escalation point for all attendee registration and payment related questions and/or changes
  • Potential onsite support for programs or at a minimum full turnover debrief ownership for all program details to onsite staff and/or internal meeting owner
Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree with minimum 3-years of relevant working experience
  • Good writing and communication skills
  • Be resourceful with positive work attitude
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Possess good interpersonal skills
