A powerful 3-day experience for students and young professionals to gain clarity about money, mindset, and meaningful career

Two Main Tasks:

1. Ensure the smooth execution of the event
2. Getting the right participants to join our event

Responsibilities:

Participant Recruitment & Marketing

Create and implement a simple marketing plan to hit participant goals Promote the event via Telegram groups, student clubs, email, social media, etc. Coordinate outreach with schools and organisations Craft and post engaging content (we'll provide templates & support) Track sign-ups and follow through on confirmations

Event Management

Plan and manage pre-event logistics and timeline Liaise with speakers, venue, and internal team Oversee registration, flow, and participant experience Lead on-site execution of all 3 days Ensure smooth event flow and troubleshoot any hiccups Collect feedback post-event

Who We're Looking For:

Self-driven and results-oriented Outgoing and resourceful in reaching students/young adults Organised and great with time management Experience in events and/or outreach (school projects count!) Bonus if you've run student clubs, marketing campaigns, or are active on social media
