This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event management, digital marketing, and customer engagement within a creative and vibrant environment.Key Responsibilities:

• Event Planning & Coordination: Assist in organizing and executing events, pop-ups, and workshops, including logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site support.
• Social Media Management: Support the creation and scheduling of social media content across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. Engage with our online community and respond to customer inquiries.
• Marketing Campaigns: Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, influencer collaborations, and promotional activities.
• Content Creation: Contribute to the creation of digital content, including photography, videography, and graphic design, to showcase Yutopia\xe2\x80\x99s products and brand story.
• Customer Engagement: Interact with customers during events and online, gather feedback, and help create a memorable brand experience.
• Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies.
• Reporting & Analytics: Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and events, providing insights and recommendations for future activities.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or a related field.
• Passionate about art, creativity, and marketing.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Availability to work on weekends or evenings when required for events.
