Through Amazon Global Selling, sellers of different types and sizes can directly reach Amazon\'s 300+ million worldwide active customer accounts, including 200 million+ Prime customers in overseas Amazon Stores.We are hiring a strategic and experienced Event Marketing manager to manage the highly visible mega events for Amazon Global Selling (Southeast Asia - with a focus on Singapore, Philippines, Malaysia and Thailand). Our team\'s goal is to recruit new brands and entrepreneurs in Southeast Asia to start expansion with Amazon Global Selling into North American and European Stores. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in an exciting growing business. In this role, you will own the strategy and execution of annual large-scale seller events targeting brands and entrepreneurs in South East Asia. You will leverage industry trends and seller insights to guide the event mix (sponsored, owned and earned opportunities), content and production, and ensure virtual, hybrid and offline event experience for target audiences. You will work closely with business/sales teams and cross functions to plan and execute events to meet the goals. The ideal candidate is a self-driven marketer with proven record of planning and executing highly impactful large-scale events in Southeast Asia, with a track record of negotiating deals and complex sponsorship entitlements. You should have a hands-on approach and start-up mentality in event management approach, and possess excellent project management skills and stakeholder management skills to work closely with sales, external speakers, external partners in the e-commerce space, and other functional business units.Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
