DESCRIPTIONAmazon Global Selling is one of Amazon\'s business units that helps businesses from anywhere in the world to launch a global business, reaching Amazon customers around the world, helping them build international brands. Through Amazon Global Selling, sellers of different types and sizes can directly reach Amazon\'s 300+ million worldwide active customer accounts, including 200 million+ Prime customers in overseas Amazon Stores.We are hiring a strategic and experienced Event Marketing manager to manage the highly visible mega events for Amazon Global Selling (Southeast Asia - with a focus on Singapore, Philippines, Malaysia and Thailand). Our team\'s goal is to recruit new brands and entrepreneurs in Southeast Asia to start expansion with Amazon Global Selling into North American and European Stores. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in an exciting growing business. In this role, you will own the strategy and execution of annual large-scale seller events targeting brands and entrepreneurs in South East Asia. You will leverage industry trends and seller insights to guide the event mix (sponsored, owned and earned opportunities), content and production, and ensure virtual, hybrid and offline event experience for target audiences. You will work closely with business/sales teams and cross functions to plan and execute events to meet the goals. The ideal candidate is a self-driven marketer with proven record of planning and executing highly impactful large-scale events in Southeast Asia, with a track record of negotiating deals and complex sponsorship entitlements. You should have a hands-on approach and start-up mentality in event management approach, and possess excellent project management skills and stakeholder management skills to work closely with sales, external speakers, external partners in the e-commerce space, and other functional business units.Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.   • Manage large-scale event marketing goals and experience for Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines and Thai selling partners
  • Manage event budget, results tracking and analysis, and overall event timeline
  • Influence and align event strategies and plans with business priorities across stakeholder groups, including interfacing directly with leadership and business/sales teams.
  • Manage end to end planning and execution of events with operational and logistical excellence; build processes for repeatable and scalable event activities
  • Work with multi-layer stakeholders and external agencies to manage event content and production, speaker selection, agenda, and overall event experience with a seller-obsessed mindset
  • Develop and execute event marketing plans that achieve marketing and shared goals (registrations and attendees, Net Promoter Score, sponsorship targets etc)
  • Manage procurement and event vendor management contracts and negotiations
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns
- Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teamsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Experience in multi-territory campaign management
