BlueCube Media is a regional Web Design agency with offices in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and India. We specialize in three core areas: Website Design, Cybersecurity, and Digital Marketing. • On-site set-up during pre-event and site tear-down during post-event
• Contact vendors to obtain quotes for goods and services
• Create accommodation plans for participants
• Create initial logistics and transportation plans to support overall event schedule
• Develop registration process protocols for events
• Coordinate with Design team ensuring smooth collaborations & execution
• Coordinate with Marketing team ensuring campaigns are run accordingly
• Taking notes in internal and external customers meetings
• Stock take/count, packing and coordination of delivery
• Good communications skills and ability to liaise with end-users.
• Customer service oriented, positive work attitude and good problem-solving skills.
• Display a high level of initiative with ability to work independently.
• Able to plan and prioritise workload with less supervision.

Qualification:-

• Diploma in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Interested in Event Management
• Multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic, responsible, meticulous and a problem-solver
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Proficient in MS Office, Google, MS Teams
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Able to handle a dynamic working environment

Working terms:-

• 5 days' work week. Working over weekend might be required if event date falls on a weekend. It's rare but might have.
• Travel might be required in APAC regions. Flight, hotel and meals are included.
