What You'll Do:

Plan & Run Events:

Be part of the full event process--from cool ideas to showtime.

Handle the Details:

Work with vendors, prep materials (like name tags, slides), and keep things running smoothly.

Manage Guests:

Track RSVPs, keep guest lists updated, and help with registration.

Bring the Vibes:

Share your ideas for themes, activities, and how to make each event better than the last.

Be On-Site:

Help set up, support during the event, and enjoy the buzz.

Learn & Improve:

Help analyze how the event went and suggest what we can do better next time.

Who You Are:

A student or grad in

Events, Marketing, Comms, Hospitality

, or something similar. Bonus if you've done events, admin, or logistics before--but not required! Obsessed with staying organized & making sure nothing falls through the cracks. A good communicator, team player, and down to help out wherever needed. Cool with the occasional evening or weekend event.
