Job Title: Production/Event Assistant Intern Job Scope: As a Production/Event Assistant Intern with our wedding company, you will play a crucial role in supporting the seamless execution of wedding events. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Equipment Setup and Support: Assist the photography and videography team in setting up equipment such as cameras, lighting, tripods, and audio gear. Assist with equipment adjustments as needed during the event. Ad Hoc Tasks: Be prepared to handle various ad hoc tasks and responsibilities that may arise during the event. Team Collaboration: Work closely with our photographers, videographers, and other team members to ensure efficient teamwork and a smooth event operation. Customer Interaction: Interact with clients and guests in a courteous and professional manner, providing assistance and information as needed. Timeline Management: Assist in adhering to the event timeline, ensuring that all activities occur according to the schedule. Documentation: If required, help capture photographs or videos of key moments during the event for promotional or archival purposes. Job Requirements:

• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to lift and move equipment as necessary.
• A positive and adaptable attitude, especially in high-pressure situations.
• Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions
