The Role

We're looking for an experienced

Event Organiser

who thrives on creating impactful experiences. You'll take the lead in planning, coordinating, and executing events--from festivals and pop-ups to culinary showcases. If you love creating seamless events that delight both guests and partners, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

Plan, organise, and execute events from concept to completion Manage timelines, budgets, vendors, and logistics Coordinate with chefs, partners, and sponsors to deliver exceptional experiences Ensure smooth on-site operations and guest satisfaction Research and implement innovative event concepts and formats

Requirements

Proven experience in organising festivals, large-scale events, or similar projects Strong project management, communication, and negotiation skills Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under pressure Attention to detail and a creative mindset Passion for food and culinary culture is a strong bonus
