Job Description


Event planning, design and production while managing all project delivery elements within time limits Organize facilities and manage all event\xe2\x80\x99s details such as decor, catering, entertainment, transportation, location, invitee list, special guests, equipment, promotional material etc Specify staff requirements and coordinate their activities Cooperate with marketing and PR to promote and publicize an event Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems on the event day Conduct pre- and post \xe2\x80\x93 event evaluations and report on outcomes Requirements

Proven experience as an Events Supervisor/Event Technical Supervisor or Executive Impressive portfolio of previously managed events (weddings, meetings, parties, corporate events) Excellent time management and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects independently MS Office proficiency Willing to commit long hours, work on weekends and Public Holidays Experience in Indian Traditional Wedding decorations for Indian Weddings Able to design and sketch Wedding Floor Plan Able to install and troublshoot Electical appliances in related to the wedding set up
