- Respond to email enquiries pertaining to corporate & wedding events and advise clients on feasibility
- Prepare customized proposals and planning of the event flow with the clients
- Liaise with internal stakeholders for the execution of the event accordingly to the timeline
- Work closely with the Chefs to come up with creative ideas and bespoke food menus
- Conduct site inspections when necessary prior to the commencement of the event
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned
- Well-spoken, able to interact well with external and internal stakeholders
- High level of creativity, accuracy and eye for detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Monday to Friday
