Job Scope:

Own the event journey from brainstorming ideas to executing standout events, handling logistics, vendor management, and on-site coordination. Manage event sign-ups across various platforms to ensure smooth participation. Keep communication flowing between clients, suppliers, and our internal team for a seamless planning process. Provide administrative support such as document preparation and RSVP management, while sharing creative ideas to elevate our events.

Requirements:

Previous experience in event planning and platform management is a plus. A diploma or degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field. Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and relevant software. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends during peak event seasons.
