Your Role

As part of our events team, you'll be involved in the full event lifecycle, from ideation to execution, creating experiences that leave a lasting impression.

Plan and execute events end-to-end, including ideation, logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site management Manage event registrations and sign-ups across multiple platforms to ensure a smooth participant experience Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and execution Provide administrative support such as document preparation, RSVP tracking, and post-event follow-ups Contribute creative ideas to enhance event concepts and overall guest experience

Who We're Looking For

Prior experience in event planning or event platforms is an advantage Diploma or Degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related discipline Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and relevant event software Flexible and willing to work evenings or weekends during peak event periods
