Job Description

We are an international event production company delivering high-quality conferences and technical events. The Junior Event Producer supports our production team across supplier management, venue coordination, costing workflows, and onsite operations. This is an execution-focused role requiring discipline, detail orientation, and operational precision.

Key Responsibilities (High-Level)

Support pre-event production by maintaining core documents (run sheets, floorplans, signage lists, supplier trackers). Coordinate with AV, staging, furniture, decor, printing, catering, and venue suppliers. Assist with costing: collect quotes, check accuracy, verify invoices, and follow payment workflows. Coordinate venue requirements including load-in/load-out, power, room setups, and tech specs. Manage signage production with designers/printers and track delivery timelines. Support onsite execution: load-in, quality checks, vendor supervision, room operations. Maintain strict documentation discipline across all shared folders and trackers. Support post-event close-out: collect final invoices, archive files, and compile production notes.

Requirements

1-3 years in event production or related operations. Strong understanding of event logistics and vendor coordination. Excellent communication, organization, and documentation habits. Ability to work under pressure and travel internationally.
