Position: Event Project Executive
Basic Salary: SGD$2,400 to $2,600 + Commission
Our client is currently seeking individuals to join their workforce as part of their expansion initiative. In this role, you will be responsible for aiding in the execution of event projects, ensuring meticulous planning for all upcoming events.
Our client specializes in creating events and exhibitions through skilled fabrication, fueled by a strong dedication to supporting remarkable experiences. They possess advanced carpentry skills enhanced by automation, which have empowered them to craft unique setups for a wide range of events over the years. Among their notable clients are Lazada, Heineken, Tiger Beer, Singtel, Dash, and Maje. They have come a long way from their modest origins as a combination of a large-format printing business and a carpentry workshop, demonstrating substantial growth.
Description and Responsibilities:
Assist projects based on assigned sales representatives.
Office-based and will go on several site visits.
Conduct site meetings, measurements, and photo-taking.
Work on costing, budgeting, procurement, and project planning.
Liaising with the production head for internal costing and project management.
Assist in managing and preparing quotations, based on compiled information for the events/renovation projects. This ranges from initial basic calculations, quotations, and Variation Order (VO).
Allocate work to contractors and subcontractors to facilitate the smooth workflow process.
Oversee installation on-site and resolve project issues during the course of the project.
Control project scope to meet project objectives to enhance project deliverables and key work activities.
Review, prepare and submit a tender project.
Liaising with clients on project requirements and showing samples.
Review of operational, and administrative systems and improvement plans.
Create and manages system and processes within the daily operations.
Working collaboratively with both internal and external members. Such as the sales, designer, production, operations, subcontractor, and vendor.
On-Job Training (OJT) provided.
Requirement:
As On the job is training, no relevant work experience is required
Good communication skill is needed for discussion with both internal and external members, such as the sales, designer, production, operations, subcontractor, and suppliers
Familiar with the use of MS applications, such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
Good with numbers which will be meant for computing costing and on-site measurement
Knowledge of the filing system and processes
Benefits:
Annual Leave: 12 days
Working Hours: 9am to 6pm
Working Days: Monday to Friday and Alternative Saturdays (Privilege and only when there is no pending job duty on hand)
Dental Claim: UP to SGD$100/year

Mobile Phone Bill: Reimbursement capped at SGD$50/month
