Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new corporate clients.
Identify and target potential clients through market research and networking.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Conduct sales presentations and pitch our event management services to clients.
Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
Collaborate with the event planning team to ensure client needs and expectations are met.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Attend industry events and trade shows to promote our services and network with potential clients.
Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the event management or hospitality industry.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in corporate event sales or a related role.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Experience in the events industry with a deep understanding of event management processes.
Established network of contacts within the corporate events sector.
Demonstrated ability to manage high-value accounts and deliver exceptional customer service
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Flexibility to travel as required.
