About the Role:



We're looking for a friendly and reliable team member to handle ticket sales and payments at our venue. You'll be using the FeverZone app or Qashier POS machine to process bookings, issue tickets, and assist guests with a smile.

Responsibilities:



Sell tickets and process payments (cash, card, or e-payments) accurately.

Operate the FeverZone app or POS machine to manage bookings and check-ins.

Handle cash float, reconcile daily sales, and follow cash handling procedures.

Assist guests with enquiries and provide excellent customer service.

Keep the counter area neat and organized.

Serve as a point of contact for event inquiries and visitor feedback.

Handle any on-site issues or emergencies with professionalism and care.

Assist with scheduling, staff coordination, and customer service.

Requirements:



Computer or POS system skills. At least 1 years of experience in related field Able to work on weekends and public holidays. Strong communication, customer service, and teamwork skills. Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and handle administrative responsibilities. Local only. No quota for work passes. Start date : 1 December 2025 Contract ends : November 2026
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $2,500.00 - $2,600.00 per month

Work Location: In person

Expected Start Date: 25/11/2025
