Events Account Executive

to join their team in Singapore. The role offers exposure to large-scale conferences, creative brand activations, and end-to-end event management. Candidates at varying levels of experience--from fresh graduates to junior account managers--are welcome to apply, with training and mentorship provided for career progression.

Key Responsibilities

Manage client accounts and support events projects from initial brief and proposal to post-event reporting. Oversee end-to-end event planning and execution, ensuring quality delivery. Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, budgets, and creative concepts. Coordinate project timelines, resources, and deliverables. Support on-site event execution, troubleshooting, and client servicing. Build and maintain strong client relationships by offering proactive solutions.

Requirements

Fresh graduates or up to 3 years of experience in events, marketing, or client servicing. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office / Google Suite. Team-oriented, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to work flexible hours during event periods. Positive attitude, with strong professional ethics and integrity.

Bonus Skills (Advantageous but not mandatory):

Knowledge of creative design software or digital applications. Class 3 Driving License. Experience in AVL, conference management, or production support.
