Events and Marketing Communication Intern (Full-time)

1. Events and Campaign Organization

• Participate in developing and executioning of Brand Events (Eg. Gaggenau Culinary Month for new Culinary drawer, CV492 and jumbo cavity appliances in June 2023)
• Participate in developing and executioning of EC Events and Campaigns (Eg. campaign co-ordination template for the region; organize customer post-sale and pre-sale events either EC exclusive or joint Kitchen retail customers and create checklist templates for the region including VN)
• Preperations of pre-events materials, Coordination between internal and external stakeholders, chefs, vendors in ensuring a smooth delivery and execution of events. Creation and sending of invitations to managing RSVPs

2. Supporting Marketing Activities

• Adopting Direct and Indirect marketing strategies
• Increase Call-To-Action (CTA)
• Develop ideas for creative service marketing campaigns and marketing strategies (i.e. Product life cycle engagement, EDM, increasing engagements)
• Conceptualize to implement marketing activities
• Offline material production - Design, develop and rollout marketing materials (POS, standees, leaflets, brochures etc)
• Participate in F2F and/or live online ecommerce activities (Maintenance show/ sales promotions etc).

3. Project Business Support

• Replacement Condo Kitchen Retail business \xe2\x80\x93 to support project team with real estate management in rolling out a profitable appliance replacement programme via Kitchen Retail, to strengthen CEJ and share as best practice in ASEAN.

4. Admin and Data Analytics

• Performs data analytics insights and reporting for business reviews
• Support in any other business administration requirements

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing / Marcomm / Digital Marketing / Events Management or related fields
• Desired skills: Online Digital / HTML / PYTON/ Adobe Photoshop / Vendor Management

Work arrangement & Benefits

• 5 day work week
• Working hours from 8.30am to 5.30pm
• $1,200 internship allowance per month
• Annual leave entitlement
