Workshop/Events


Conduct/manage/assist in workshops on scent crafting such as perfume and candle making etc. for onsite and offsite experiences Promote and upsell retail products during the workshops and events/pop ups Getting pictures, Google reviews and tags on social media after each workshop Prepare and pack materials for events/workshops Build and maintain a good relationship with customers to harness customer loyalty and build customer retention Checking inventory and ensure that all materials are fully stocked, refilled Manage display merchandise and tidiness of the work area at all times Preparing retail products when necessary Ensure brand values, brand image, company regulations and guidelines are respected and always upkept * Assist the CEO and team in other workshop/sales/marketing avenues as required
