Source and close deals with event sponsors and exhibitors through lead generation, email marketing, cold calling, and lead follow up
Collaborate with events, marketing, and sales teams in achieving the success of the event.
Ensure healthy development of event sales and sponsorship pipeline
Meet performance targets as set by the company in line with event sales strategy and overall business strategies
Recommends new opportunities, profit and service improvement to the company
Maintain a good relationship with existing and prospective partners and clients
Assist in the logistics - ingress and egress of event.

Job Qualifications:

Good verbal and written communication skills.
Must have the ability to negotiate, influence and persuade others.
Must have strong presentation skills.
Motivated by challenging goals and targets with a desire to exceed expectations.
Has the ability to multi-task and can both work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: OJT (On the job training)
