We're looking for a creative, detail-loving

Event Assistant

to design, organize, and execute events that wow our guests and deliver on our clients' goals.

What You'll Do:



Plan and manage events from concept to wrap-up Develop event timelines, budgets, and vendor contracts Coordinate with venues, suppliers, and performers Oversee set-up, run-of-show, and tear-down Ensure a seamless experience for attendees and stakeholders Stay on top of trends to bring fresh, innovative ideas

Proven experience in event planning or coordination Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent communication & negotiation abilities Cool head under pressure and quick problem-solving skills Willingness to work evenings/weekends for events
