About the Role

We're looking for a motivated and outgoing

Events Associate

to join our Singapore team. This role is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and is passionate about delivering memorable experiences. As an Events Associate, you'll be a key player in driving event business--from handling enquiries to executing exceptional events on-site. For the right candidate, this role offers a pathway to grow into event management and beyond within our expanding regional team.

Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to inbound event enquiries via email, phone, and social platforms Host on-site tours for potential clients and walk them through the event experience Maintain and nurture relationships with existing event organisers and key corporate partners Proactively reach out to potential clients to grow the events pipeline Collaborate with the operations and F&B teams to ensure smooth event execution Create and update proposals, contracts, and booking documentation with accuracy Manage event calendars and ensure all booking details are clearly communicated to internal teams Contribute to the planning and marketing of promotional events or seasonal activations Collect feedback post-event and suggest improvements for future experiences Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to keep our offerings fresh and relevant

Who You Are

1-2 years of experience in event management or a related role (Fresh university graduates will be considered) Highly

organised

with a keen

attention to detail

Self-driven

and motivated by results, with a proactive attitude A naturally

outgoing

personality and strong communication skills Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and adapting to last-minute changes Experience in hospitality, F&B, or other customer-facing industries is a plus

Compensation & Perks

Base Salary:

S$2,500 - S$3,000/month (commensurate with experience)
