Jobscope



Plan, organize, and execute events from concept to completion. Coordinate logistics such as venue, vendors, setup, and event materials. Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication. Manage budgets, quotations, and event timelines. Oversee on-site operations, setup, and troubleshooting during events. Support marketing efforts and event-related collateral. Conduct post-event evaluations and prepare reports. Handle administrative tasks including proposals, documentation, and follow-ups.

Job Requirements



Diploma/Degree in Events, Business, Marketing or related field


Strong organisational and multitasking skills


Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced setting


Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


Sharp attention to detail and high standards for execution
