JOB DESCRIPTION

Collaborate with clients or internal stakeholders to understand event objectives, themes, and requirements Coordinate event logistics, including catering, entertainment, transportation, signage, audiovisual equipment, and other event-related services Select and manage vendors, contractors, and suppliers to provide necessary services for events Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to ensure cost-effective and high-quality services Conduct cost analysis and financial evaluations to optimise spending and achieve cost savings where possible Collaborate with marketing teams to promote events through various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials Gather feedback from attendees and stakeholders to evaluate event success and identify areas for improvement Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate risks during event planning and execution Ensure events comply with legal and regulatory requirements, including permits, licenses, and safety standards

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Diploma and above Strong attention to detail and organisational skills to manage complex event logistics Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and last-minute adjustments in event plans Entry level candidates are welcome to apply, training will be provided
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,200.00 - $4,200.00 per month
