We're looking for a passionate

Events Executive

who thrives on creativity, organisation, and making ideas happen. At TheMeetUpSG, you'll work across two exciting worlds -- marketing and events; crafting content, developing campaigns, and coordinating experiences that leave a lasting impact.

This hybrid role is perfect for someone who wants variety, ownership, growth, and the opportunity to leave a meaningful creative mark on a fast-growing brand.

Your Role in Events

Support end-to-end event execution,

from conceptualisation to onsite delivery

Liaise with clients

to understand goals, manage expectations, and provide timely updates

Coordinate with venues, vendors, and partners

to ensure smooth experiences Prepare

event briefs, checklists, timelines, floorplans & post-event reports

Assist in

proposals, quotations, and event packages

Provide onsite support to ensure every detail runs flawlessly Contribute ideas & Appear in for video content, reels, brand visuals, and storytelling initiatives

What We're Looking For

Excellent written & verbal communication A keen eye for detail and a passion for content creation Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects Multi-tasking, Creative, adaptable, and solutions-focused A proactive mindset that thrives in fast-paced environments Knowledge of marketing tools, social media platforms, and basic design skills is a bonus
