To assist New Markets Development department for all events and trainings, supporting regions which includes but not limiting to Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada, United Kingdom, and Japan
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their events, incentive trips and training objectives, budget, and requirements
Plan and execute physical and virtual events and trainings that range from weekly gatherings to large-scale productions
Develop event concepts, themes, and creative ideas that align with expectations
Plan and manage event logistics, including venue selection, contract negotiation, and vendor coordination
Create detailed event timelines, budget, and schedules
Coordinate and supervise event setup including d\xc3\xa9cor, equipment and signages
Manage event registration, ticketing, and attendee communication
Oversee the coordination of catering, entertainment, audio-visual and other event services
Conduct pre-event meetings. Post-event evaluations, gathering feedback from stakeholders and attendees
Job Requirements
Degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field is preferred
Experience as an Event Lead or similar role with strong portfolio of successful events
Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, vendors and team members
Excellent problem solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive approach to overcome challenges
Attention to detail and committed to deliver high quality events
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Flexible to work in evenings, weekends and overseas travel as required
