Job Description


  • Involved in Setup and Dismantling of Event
  • Manage multiple project tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Basic Administrative Management Duties
  • Assist in preparation of proposals, research and presentations,
  • Coordinating logistics, resources, and suppliers for events.
  • Involved in assisting and coordinating all stages of events management:
+ Pre- Event Conceptualizing, Planning, Coordinating
+ Onsite Facilitation, Execution and Operations
+ Post Event Reports
JOB REQUIREMENT
  • Great learning attitude
  • Able to work late and on weekends when required, subjected to event schedule.
  • Proactive, Flexible, initiative, meticulous, efficient and responsible.
  • Able to work independently and as a team player.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
