Own and lead event marketing - A dynamic strategy that involves promoting products, services, or brands through carefully planned and executed events. It goes beyond traditional marketing methods by creating immersive experiences, content that engage and captivate audiences.
Plan, propose, project manage and deliver events/tradeshows/workshops that can help reach out to and engage with our target audiences.
Own, lead, plan, project manage, operate and execute to deliver a successful outcome with good customer experience and survey result ( NPS score and Brand survey) for all internal and external customer onsite and online events, webinar, conferences, seminar, tradeshow and Demonstrations in Singapore and regional.
Lead, curate and produce speech, content and customers engagement activities, presentations, demonstrations together with external vendors and partners, customers and key stakeholders from cross functional teams
Responsible for sourcing for and negotiating with vendors and suppliers
Support for promotional activities for the event
Preparing and managing project budgets
Prepare post activity reports and analyze success/failure for future improvements
Follow up on leads generated from events to achieve marketing ROMI targets
Responsible in ensuring excellent customer experience at all events. e.g. survey, brand, CE and NPS scores.
Requirements
5 years of experience in telco or IT industry is an advantage
Bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, communications, or relevant field of study
Good written and verbal communication skills
Familiar with telecommunications, cyber security, IOT, cloud computing concepts & terminology is a plus
Knowledge of KPIs and marketing techniques for event management
Customer focus (sincerely wants to improve customer experience)
Experience working in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization
Independent and great team player with proven success managing time and juggling multiple projects in a high growth environment where priorities shift fast
