The Job
Were looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Events Manager to join our growing team and lead the end-to-end planning and execution of high-impact events across global markets. This role will be instrumental in driving brand visibility, engaging with CXO-level stakeholders, and delivering memorable experiences that support both marketing and business development goals.
As an early-stage startup, youll wear multiple hatsxe2x80x94managing venues, driving CXO outreach and communication, collaborating on marketing initiatives, handling public relations, and supporting light sales efforts.
You will be responsible for :

• Owning and executing all aspects of event planning and logisticsxe2x80x94from venue selection and vendor coordination to on-site execution and post-event reporting.
• Driving CXO-level outreach and communication for event invitations, reminders, and follow-ups.
• Developing event promotion strategies across email, social media, and partner channels.
• Ensuring strong media visibility and coverage to enhance brand reputation.
• Managing event budgets, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring high-quality execution.
• Analyzing event performance, including ROI and engagement, and share actionable insights.

Ideal Candidate

• You have 35 years of proven experience managing events (virtual, in-person, and hybrid), preferably with global exposure.
• You are comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives.
• You have strong project management skills with an eye for detail and deadlines.
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• You have experience in early-stage startups or fast-paced environments.
• You are familiar with CRM tools, email marketing platforms, and event software (e.g., Hopin, Airmeet, Eventbrite) is desirable.
• You have a collaborative, can-do attitude with the flexibility to thrive in a dynamic team.
