Our award winning www.intedashboard.comonline team-based learning platform provides professors with the real-time data to deliver the engaging collaborative learning experiences used to develop problem-solving skills essential for the workforce. Since our founding at Duke-NUS Medical School, we have grown to serve over 100 institutions, 1 in 10 US medical schools and 25% of the Ivy League. We are seeking an Events Marketing Executive for a hybrid role based in Singapore, reporting to our Marketing Director at our global headquarters in the same city. What You Will be Doing: \xc2\xb7 Assist in the planning and execution of online workshops and marketing events \xc2\xb7 Assist in the event promotion and marketing strategy \xc2\xb7 Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to organize the events \xc2\xb7 Ensure that the event listing is updated on the company website and Eventbrite \xc2\xb7 Create content based on the discussions during the workshop \xc2\xb7 Reach out to event attendees as needed What You Should Have: \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in any discipline \xc2\xb7 Fluent in both spoken and written English \xc2\xb7 Ability to multi-task \xc2\xb7 Strong interpersonal and communication skills \xc2\xb7 Critical-thinker and problem-solver \xc2\xb7 Good time-management skills This is a hybrid position that requires you to work in the office or event venue when necessary.
