Responsibilities include:

Ideate, develop and implement marketing activations that are in line with the company goals and objectives

Creation of decks to support brand development projects

Develop marketing and communications materials including writing of press releases, EDM, marketing campaign collaterals etc

Manage the brands' social media, customer enquiries and feedback

Assist in managing customer relationship management and loyalty program

Update the brands' communication channels as needed

Track and create reports of marketing campaigns and promotions

Update menus, branding posters and communications monthly

Plan and support event, photoshoots, menu planning, collaborations etc

Liaise with clients and external parties to close events and ensure a pleasant and smooth experience

Keeping up with marketing trends and proposing new strategies to improve and strengthen brand image

Support in ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

Possess strong language ability with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator / Premier Pro skills are a plus. If you do not know, we can teach! Ability to work independently as a self-starter and deliver high quality work to deadlines Positive attitude, keen learner with a growth mindset Open to flexibility of jobscope
