Interns will gain hands-on exposure in event planning, social media management, and creative content development, with opportunities to conceptualize and execute their own marketing or event ideas.

The Events & Marketing Intern will play a key supporting role in executing and coordinating organizational activities across events, marketing, and partner engagements. This internship offers hands-on experience in event operations, brand communication, and networking, as well as exposure to brand initiatives and stakeholder interactions. Training will be provided, and candidates with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn are welcomed.
Key Responsibilities
1. Event Assistance (On-Site)

• Support the planning, setup, execution, and teardown of on-site events and activations
• Coordinate with internal team members and external vendors
• Assist with attendee engagement and ensure smooth event operations

2. Marketing Support

• Contribute to marketing campaigns and initiatives
• Assist with email marketing, outreach efforts, and market research
• Help drive brand visibility and audience engagement

3. Inventory Management

• Track, maintain, and update inventory records for event materials and supplies
• Ensure timely restocking and organization of resources

4. Partner Liaison & Networking

• Liaise with external partners, vendors, and collaborators
• Support partnership coordination and communication efforts
• Build valuable industry connections

5. Social Media & Content Creation

• Create and curate engaging social media content (e.g., posts, reels, stories)
• Write captions, capture event moments, and assist with video editing
• Support digital campaigns to enhance brand presence online

Requirements & Preferences

• Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills
• Willing to travel for events and external activations
• Prior experience as a promoter, events assistant, or brand ambassador is a bonus
• No prior experience? We are happy to train the right candidate
• Positive attitude, initiative, and willingness to work in a dynamic environment
