Overmugged is one of Singapore's fastest-growing education companies, with 8+ branches and thousands of students across the island. Beyond our core tuition programmes, we also run large-scale holiday bootcamps, workshops, and education events that bring together learners, parents, and educators. As we expand, we're looking for a detail-oriented and energetic Events Operations Associate to help us deliver seamless, memorable experiences.

What You'll Do

As an Events Operations Associate, you'll be the backbone of our events team--turning big ideas into smooth on-the-ground execution. Your responsibilities will include:

Event Planning & Logistics

Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing Overmugged events (workshops, bootcamps, teacher events, student activities, etc.)


Manage vendor relationships (venues, catering, logistics suppliers) and negotiate costs when needed


Oversee equipment, inventory, and event materials (signage, teaching resources, merchandise, etc.)

On-Site Event Operations

Handle event setup, registration, crowd flow, and tear-down


Troubleshoot operational issues on-site to ensure smooth delivery


Coordinate with tutors, facilitators, and support staff

Admin & Reporting

Support budget tracking, expense reporting, and event documentation


Collect feedback from participants and propose improvements for future events

What We're Looking For

Diploma/Degree in Events Management, Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent work experience) Prior experience in events coordination, operations, or project management is a plus Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple timelines Strong communication and people skills--you'll be liaising with both parents and vendors Comfortable working evenings/weekends when events are scheduled A team player who thrives in fast-paced, high-energy environments
