Your responsibilities:

Support the entire event lifecycle, from initial planning to final execution, including logistics, vendor management, and on-site coordination. Manage event sign-ups across various platforms. Facilitate seamless communication between clients, suppliers, and our internal team to ensure a smooth planning process. Provide administrative support, such as document preparation and RSVP management, while contributing creative ideas to enhance our events.

Requirements:

Previous experience in event planning and platform management is a plus. A diploma or degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field. Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends during peak event seasons.
*Please note that our office will be relocating from Newton to Labrador Park in April 2025. The new location is 10-minutes walk from the Labrador Park MRT station.
